Innerline Engineering was formed in 1997 and incorporated in 2000. From the very beginning, the company has been committed to acquiring and maintaining the best equipment and software available. Currently, the company utilizes State-of-the-Art Pearpoint and RST CCTV equipment, as well as Flexidata, POSM and Wincan reporting software.
Mandatory documented safety meetings are held monthly where all employees are required to attend. The monthly meetings are geared to specifics such as confined space certification, gas detector applications and certification, CPR and traffic control. In addition, weekly tailgate meetings are held in the field that covers process and applications.
In recent years, many progressive cities and municipalities begun demanding a higher level of quality in their CCTV inspections. As a result, Innerline Engineering has taken the steps to ensure that these expectations are not only meet, but exceeded. Accomplishing this has required more stringent hiring criteria, a higher level of training and a program where every foot of inspection is reviewed by our in-house quality control department.
Training within the company is an ongoing process. Outside consultants are brought in on a regular basis to train personnel in a variety of applicable areas.
